Amrop Baltics&Ukraine is looking for a highly qualified Researcher to work on various company projects. The Researcher is the second stage in the career path in Amrop after the Intern. The next step for successful candidates could be Junior Consultant and Consultant.
A successful Researcher, is an agile person with an analytical mindset, demonstrating excellent time management, outstanding communication skills, and EQ.
Researcher's Responsibilities:
• Participation in search strategy development (as a part of the dedicated project team)
• Conducting desktop research using social media, articles, mass media, surveys, polls, etc.
• Structuring and analyzing data collected
• Creating long and shortlists of candidates
• Screening and assessment of candidates
• CRM (input data, analysis, queries, reports, etc.)
• Arranging meetings and interviews, providing support during the projects
• Reference checking of the candidates
• Market research and analysis, presentation of the results to Consultants and Partners
• Preparing reports, presentations for Clients, etc.
