📍Limassol**, office-based (remotely for the duration of the lockdown)

📑  DUTIES:
- Respond to customer’s emails;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Moderate content for the website.

🔎  REQUIREMENTS:
❗The candidate must have EU work permit.
- Excellent English skills;
- Sufficient IT background;
- Ability to work during weekends;
- Online Customer Support experience would be a plus.
