Responsibilities:

Strategy development to enter and penetrate target markets
Team management of the Marketing Department and its administration
Determining and supervising of KPIs of the Marketing team
Development and organization of promotions and related promotional material
Coordination of suppliers, intermediaries and service providers
Development of new services for clients and its promotional strategies
Knowledge of compliance requirements and legal aspects of marketing of FX related products and services
HR management for the Marketing Department

Requirements:

University Degree
Managerial experience of a Marketing Department minimum of 3 years, experience of heading or management of an FX Marketing Department will be considered an advantage.
Spoken and written English at an advance level.

Duties:

Marketing of company’s products and services
Strategy development
Promotional coordination, organisation of events, coordination of marketing materials and information as required
Client awareness
Sales monitoring and revenue generation
Insuring sales growth and profit increase
