1. Over 15 years PQE in a legal field.
2. Over 2,5 billion USD value of serviced assets.
3. The most large-scale project implemented - reorganization of the holding structure
of a large banking group (top 10 in Russia).
4. The maximum number of legal entities accompanied at the same time - over 200.
Legal experience with non-residents (offshore, onshore) since 2007. Personally
registered over 100 companies in different jurisdictions.
5. Expertise in corporate law (disclosures, repurchase of shares, shareholder
agreements). Legal experience in the implementation of conditional transactions with
shares (options). Legal experience of drafting, signing and control of implementation
of the SHA’s under common law and the law of the Russian Federation.
