Ищу 2 Technical Support Developer (1200-1400 euro per month) в Пафосе
We are looking for knowledgeable, self-organized and motivated for self-learning individuals, who are ready to join a world leader company in developing components and frameworks for .NET and JavaScript words.
As a part of our world-class support team you will:
- represent the company as an expert in product usage
- communicate with customers using emails, online help desk software, and chats (fluent English required)
- explore use cases coming from customers to find the best possible solutions and deliver them back to the customers (including code snippets or sample projects)
- handle simple and mid-level complexity tasks
It is a full-time position with possible working time shifts.
Requirements
- Educational background in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of .NET (either WinForms / WPF or ASP.NET) or JavaScript / CSS
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in developing real-world applications
- Good client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate unknown stuff, look for possible solutions using product API and documentation, learn new things quickly (self-education)
- Ability to deeply understand product infrastructure
- Ability to learn through the product source code is welcome
- Great self-organizations skills including the ability for multitasking

The main direction of activities:
Creating content that helps to quickly understand and effectively use our software products.
Duties:
Team work on the development and improvement of architecture and product design.
Creation and support of standard product documentation sections
(English text, illustrations, video tutorials, code samples):
- reference of the public program interface (API): description of classes, properties, methods, etc.,
- instructions for working with the product in the development environment (IDE),
- description of the user interface (GUI),
- articles about the functionality of the product.
Analysis of user feedback and product use scenarios in order to continuously improve the quality of documentation and its relevance.
Requirements:
- ability to analyze and systematize large volumes of information;
- the ability to express thoughts correctly, clearly and concisely, without losing important details;
- written technical English at a high level;
- basic programming knowledge;
