Берете свои документы и едете в city center заполняете форму, оплачиваете 10 евро, далее едете в road department сдаете теорию, получаете ученические права. Далее идете в автошколу берете 6-7 уроков (либо инструктор определит сколько) координаты автошколы лучше взять в road department. И далее инструктор запишет на основной экзамен.

Можно сразу в road department оплатить на месте

Я не помню, чтоб в citizen center был фотоавтомат. Они просят приносить фотку с собой. На тафтотито, да, фотографируют.

У меня было как раз ощущение, что и в кепе делали, но это не я, жена делала, я фотографировался в road department ещё до кепов.

Думаю, любая фотостудия вас сфотографирует с удовольствием

Сейчас на замену фоткаться на месте, на ученические приносить свои. Мы с женой оба варианта прошли недавно
