We would like to inform that according to the criteria set by the GHS law, EU citizens who have their ordinary residence in the areas controlled by the Cyprus Government are beneficiaries when the following conditions apply:


1. Work in the areas controlled by the Cyprus Government or



2. Have acquired the right of Permanent Residence (MEU3 permit) or



3. Are Family members (spouse, child) of a GHS Beneficiary or



4. Meet the provisions of EU Regulation 883 (S1 holders)



If you are a 3rd country National (non-EU citizen) that resides in the areas that are controlled by the Republic of Cyprus, you are a GHS beneficiary if



a) you are employed, or



b) you have acquired permanent residence status (MEU3), or



c) you have been granted refugee or supplementary protection status, or



d) you are a member of the family of a beneficiary or



e) you are insured in another EU Member State.





If you fulfill one of the above criteria, then you will be able to enroll to the GHS as beneficiary.







Regarding the contributions, if you receive any income from abroad, regardless if this taxable or not, it must be declared to the Tax Department through Temporary Tax (0213) and Tax Self Assessment (0313). The Tax Department is the responsible authority that should provide information regarding the process.

Эти коды вообще не про Геси, это income tax для self-empolyed

Просто зайдите на JCC, скажите income tax, self assessment, все сами увидите.

А где вы в письме видите, что пинк-слиперам положен геси?

Про коды был не прав.

Когда вы сами себе отправляете - это не доход. А вот начисленные проценты (в том числе в РФ) - доход.

Когда я консультировался, мне сказали: "Да, так можно". То есть держать все на счету ИП, а выводить необлагаемую сумму для пинк-слипа. И это ничего не нарушает.
