About the role:
Help to build operational excellence and a data-driven culture within the cards operations team.
Managing incident responses and triaging the cards incident process.
Own physical card manufacturing process to deliver world-class cards to our customers.
Managing relationships with card partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsible for card transactions and fees reconciliation to be done accurately and efficiently, in line with external and internal requirements.
Ensuring seamless handling of the new products from a processing perspective and that a solid operating model has been designed and tested before new products are launched.
Communicating proactively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Creating an accurate and timely reporting system for card-related operations.
About requirements:
5+ year’s experience in cards operations within a reputable financial institution, such as banks or payment systems.
Experience in team leadership, including multicultural and remote teams
Technical/infrastructure understanding, able to map, design and optimise processes and procedures.
Excellent goal-setting, performance measurement and reporting skills.
Start-up experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of English.
Office in Paphos or remote
