✅ Responsibilities:
∙ Management of the HR department: organization of recruitment, adaptation, assessment, training and development of employees;
∙ Developing and implementing HR strategy;
∙ Planning of headcount and budgeting of personnel costs, implementation of the employee performance management system through the system of key performance indicators;
∙ Development of corporate culture - preparation and holding of events for employees, implementation of the program to improve performance;
∙ Formation of the company's personnel reserve;

✅ Requirements:
∙ Higher education;
∙ Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in Igaming company;
∙ Practice of organizing the system of recruitment of employees and personal closing of key positions;
∙ Excellent knowledge of budgeting process and composition of personnel costs;
∙ Fluency in English and Russian;
∙ Deep understanding of HR management processes (training, KPIs, assessment, talent pool).
