I have over 10 years of experience in finance, office, and operations management. I’ve worked in two companies — in Ukraine and Cyprus — handling everything from reporting and document flow to CRM, budgeting, logistics, and customer support.
For the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a Back Office & CRM Operations Manager in a Cypriot company. I was responsible for preparing financial reports, managing and analyzing data, handling orders, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing stock and documentation. I often worked in a multitasking environment and supported other departments like sales, marketing, and customer care.
Before that, I spent 9 years in Kyiv as a Marketing & Administrative Operations Specialist. My responsibilities included customer service, logistics, reporting, process organization, and cross-functional coordination.
