About me:
• Nationwide retail: +7 p.p. to order conversion, −1.2 p.p. to churn, CRM budget ~4M RUB/month; trigger funnels and messenger cascades.
• Online B2B service: 15+ triggers, +25% reactivation, lower churn, reactivation of long-inactive users.
• Auto group: undelivered 10% → 0.5%, +15 p.p. open rate, +7 p.p. conversion; WA/TG cascades to service bookings.

How I work:
• Map the customer journey and build triggers/cascades around it.
• Every change = hypothesis, A/B test, clear result.
• Careful with the base: frequency limits, pauses, cleaning, exclusions.
