PSP Onboarding Officer to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for onboarding the company to a variety of payment solutions
Submitting and handling bank applications
Maintaining banking and agents’ relationships worldwide
Interactions with PSP’s and ability to develop relationships
Acting as a main point of contact during the on-boarding process
Handling KYC procedures; maintaining corporate documentation
Processing all approvals / escalations within the workflow tools for account opening and re-reviews.
Requirements:
University Degree holder in , Economics, Finance or in a related discipline
Demonstrated work experience of minimum 6 mounts within the corporate services, account management, customer support in payments industry.
Familiarity with complex corporate structures
Familiarity with the banking, crypto currency and payments industries an advantage
Fluency in (business) English and Russian language both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent problems solving skills.
High level of organisation with fine attention to detail.
Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Word, excel and google products, Internet savvy.
