❓What You'll Be Working On ❓

⚡️Accounting&Payments: full-cycle bookkeeping for several CY entities, including one with employees
⚡️Managing AP/AR, month-end closings, reconciliations, and management reporting
⚡️Executing company payments, monitoring bank balances, liaising with banks
⚡️Ensuring compliance and timely audits in collaboration with external auditors
⚡️Payroll: overseeing full payroll process in Cyprus: onboarding, off-boarding, calculations
⚡️Submitting payroll-related documents to authorities (Social Insurance, Tax Office)
⚡️Ensuring compliance with PAYE, benefits, and collaborating with HR
⚡️Resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries;
⚡️Taxes&Reporting: VAT and tax registration, preparation of returns (IR7, IR603, CBC, etc.)
⚡️Ensuring timely submission of VAT, tax payments, and regulatory compliance
⚡️Liaising with tax authorities and advising management on tax/accounting matters.

❓What You Need To Succeed In This Role ❓

🔥At least 3+ years of hands-on Accounting experience in Cyprus, including full ownership of payroll processes in the IT industry
🔥Good understanding of “first employment” tax incentive, and ideally ITBox regime
🔥Proven experience with Cyprus financial regulations, including VAT filings, IR7/IR603 submissions, and tax compliance
🔥Experience with holding structures: intercompany contracts, accounting for group entities
🔥Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (daily usage required)
🔥ACA, ACCA (partly/fully qualified) is a plus
🔥Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
