We’re looking for a hands-on Go Backend Engineer to build and evolve high-performance backend services and distributed systems.

You’ll work on real production systems — designing microservices, building APIs, working with PostgreSQL, integrating external services and improving reliability, performance and observability.

What you’ll do
-Build and maintain backend services in Go
-Design and evolve microservices & distributed systems
-Work with PostgreSQL & SQL
-Build REST & gRPC APIs
-Integrate third-party services and data providers
-Write unit & integration tests
-Troubleshoot complex production issues
-Review code and contribute to architectural decisions
-Improve performance, maintainability and observability

What we’re looking for
-5+ years of professional Go experience
-Strong understanding of Go, concurrency and software design
-Solid experience with microservices and distributed systems
-Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills
-Hands-on experience with REST & gRPC
-Experience with Docker and Git
-Experience with unit and integration testing
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have: Kubernetes, event-driven architecture, observability, performance optimisation and experience with high-load systems.

What you’ll do:
• Administer Google Workspace & Cloud Identity
• Manage macOS devices via Jamf & Apple Business Manager
• Automate employee onboarding, role changes & offboarding
• Build integrations across HR, IAM, MDM, ITSM & SaaS platforms
• Develop internal AI assistants and IT-support automations
• Automate administration using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Apps Script & APIs
• Support IAM, SSO, MFA, VPN, DNS, certificates & corporate SaaS

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in System Administration
• Strong Jamf & Apple Business Manager experience
• Deep Google Workspace / Cloud Identity knowledge
• Strong experience with APIs, SCIM, SSO, SAML/OIDC/OAuth & automation
• Python / Bash / PowerShell / Apps Script skills
• Experience building AI-enabled bots or automated IT workflows
• Good knowledge of macOS, Windows, Linux & networking

Nice to have: Okta, Duo, Entra ID, JSM, n8n, LLM/RAG experience, FinTech / PCI DSS / ISO 27001.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team in Cyprus and work closely with the Head of Analytics.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior / Junior+ specialist who enjoys working with data, is highly attentive to detail, and wants to grow within BI & Analytics in the fintech industry.

What you’ll do:
• Collect, validate, structure, and maintain business data
• Work with payment provider tariffs, clients, payment channels, terminals, and other operational data
• Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly reflected in internal systems
• Work with Excel and databases on a daily basis
• Perform basic SQL queries and prepare data exports for Finance and other teams
• Support the Head of Analytics with regular data and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with Finance, PSP, Sales, Product, and other internal teams
• Potentially contribute to internal and product documentation

What we’re looking for:**
• Junior / Junior+ level
• Strong Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Structured and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with routine and moderately large volumes of data
