Требования:
🔸 Опыт работы с Taboola и/или Outbrain
🔸 Практический опыт управления бюджетами от $20K+ в месяц
🔸 Сильные аналитические навыки и performance-мышление
🔸 Понимание funnel-маркетинга и подхода direct response
🔸 Разговорный Английский язык (англоязычная команда)
Задачи:
▪️ Запуск, оптимизация и масштабирование рекламных кампаний
▪️ Анализ CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI и других ключевых метрик
▪️ Тестирование креативов, подходов и таргетингов
▪️ Поиск новых возможностей для масштабирования
▪️ Работа с лендингами, офферами и воронками продаж

Join a greenfield project and help build a new platform from scratch for a leading UK logistics & delivery technology company serving millions of users every week.
What you'll do:
• Build scalable applications with React, TypeScript & Node.js
• Design backend services, APIs & PostgreSQL databases
• Work with AWS & Docker
• Influence architecture and technical decisions
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with the CEO & CTO
• Grow toward an Engineering Lead role
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong React, Node.js & TypeScript skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS & Docker
• Good understanding of scalable architecture
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
