IT company is looking for the Authorise Representative, candidate who would like to take a part-time administrative position.

Requirements:
-Cypriot citizenship
-Level of English or Russian sufficient for the conversation, communication can be in writing.
-Experience in corporate services would be an advantage.

Duties:
- Representation of the companies before the legal bodies in Cyprus (notary, bank, registrar, court)
- Signing of official and corporate documents at request
- Communications with other organizations and other legal entities
