Business Development Manager | Crypto / Fintech | Remote (Europe)

Botty is an international fintech/crypto company building a non-custodial crypto trading automation platform: client funds stay on the client's own exchange account. Already live in Dubai and the US, now scaling into Europe.

What you'll do
- Attract HNWI, family offices and institutional investors as clients
- Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, first contact, demos, negotiation, onboarding
- Build partnerships with funds, family offices and wealth managers
- Report directly to the founder and keep the pipeline clean in CRM

Who we're looking for
- 3+ years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, IR or Wealth Management
- Experience in crypto, investment funds, financial services or fintech
- Track record of closing large deals
- Own network among HNWI / family offices in Europe - a strong plus
- English B2+
