Senior Advertiser Manager | Traffic Monetisation
Location: Limassol, Cyprus | On-site
Work Model: Fully Onsite (5 days per week) during the first 4 months, followed by a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
Salary: €4,000 - €6,000 gross/month (Depending on experience) + performance bonus
We're looking for an experienced Senior Advertiser Manager to take ownership of one of the most commercially important areas of our business: maximising the value of AdNexo's traffic through strategic advertiser partnerships.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of AdNexo's advertiser portfolio, ensuring our traffic is consistently matched with the highest-value buyers across CPL, CPC, API, Email Passing, Smartlink, and other performance marketing solutions.
You'll also play a key role in expanding our CPC offering. As this becomes a strategic area of the business, we're looking for someone who has previous experience selling CPC traffic and can help establish best practices, develop new advertiser relationships, and grow this revenue stream from the ground up.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll monitor campaign performance, optimise traffic allocation, identify underperforming partnerships, and recommend commercial improvements based on data and market insights.
Beyond managing existing partners, you'll continuously evaluate new affiliate networks, direct advertisers, and emerging monetisation opportunities that can increase the long-term value of our traffic.
What we're looking for:
• We're looking for someone who already has experience selling digital traffic and managing advertiser relationships within performance marketing.
• You'll probably have worked in affiliate marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, ad networks, or similar environments where commercial performance, payouts, and optimisation are central to the role.
• We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked with dating offers or other highly competitive verticals (e.g. iGaming, Crypto, Forex, etc.) where commercial negotiation and advertiser management have a direct impact on profitability.
You'll likely bring:
• 3-5+ years of experience managing advertiser relationships within affiliate or performance marketing.
• Experience selling traffic across CPL, CPC, CPA, or similar performance-based models.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven ability to improve payouts and maximise revenue.
• Experience working with direct advertisers, affiliate networks, and performance marketing partners.
• Good understanding of tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Affise, or similar.
• Experience using CRM platforms (we use Monday.com)
• Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple commercial partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the dating industry would be a significant advantage, as would previous experience launching or growing CPC-based advertiser programmes.

Senior Affiliate Manager (Direct Advertiser)

We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to help scale one of AdNexo's most successful direct advertiser products.
Operating across 23+ countries throughout Europe, the USA and Canada, the product continues to grow through strong affiliate partnerships and performance marketing.
Unlike a traditional affiliate network role, you'll be working directly on the advertiser side. Your focus will be to grow a profitable affiliate channel by building strong partnerships, scaling quality traffic, and continuously improving performance.
This is not an account management role focused only on maintaining relationships. You'll have ownership of affiliate growth, identifying new partners, negotiating commercial terms, testing new traffic sources, and scaling what works.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience building and managing affiliate relationships.
• Ability to evaluate traffic quality and optimise campaigns based on data.
• Strong understanding of ROI, margins, customer acquisition, and scaling.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Affise, or similar.
• Good understanding of tracking links, attribution, postbacks, and campaign setup.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships.
Experience within Dating, iGaming, Crypto, Forex, Nutra, Sweepstakes, Adult, or similar high-volume performance marketing verticals would be a strong advantage.
