We’re looking for a Bonus Manager to own the strategy and execution of bonus mechanics across Casino and Sports, driving player retention, deposit activity, and LTV.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage bonus strategies by GEO, segments, and lifecycle stages.
- Plan and launch seasonal and event-based bonus campaigns.
- Coordinate with CRM, Product, and GEO teams to execute bonus flows.
- Validate bonus settings (limits, wagering, GEO rules).
- Analyze performance, optimize ROI, run A/B tests.
- Create personalized bonus packages for VIP players.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino/Sports).
- Understanding of gaming mechanics, FS providers, and sports betting basics.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to calculate bonus cost & ROI.
- Experience with CRM and analytical tools.
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, structured.
- English: B2; Russian: C1.

Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Gambling)

Responsibilities:
- Search for and onboard webmasters, partners, affiliates, and publishers to the Revenue Share affiliate program.
- Drive traffic acquisition across multiple GEOs.
- Analyze and evaluate traffic quality.

Requirements:
- Proactivity, ambition, and ability to work independently.
- 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry (iGaming / Gambling).
- Proven experience with the RevShare model (Hybrid and CPA are not relevant).
- Active/live base of webmasters.
- Experience working with CIS or MENA regions is required.
English — B2 level; Russian — B2.

Conditions:
- Fully remote.
- Fixed salary + performance bonus (discussed individually).
