• Studio (if it's not too small)
• 2-bedroom (open if the deal is right)

Ideally:
• Newly renovated / modern
• City center/close to center + to the beach

Big plus:
• Pool
• Sea view/partial sea view

Budget: €600–€1,200 (depends)

Important: I’ll live there 2–3 months/year. For the rest of the year, I need the owner's permission to sublet on Airbnb.
