We are building a next-generation agentic platform where networks of intelligent agents for enterprises and social networks. As an early AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founding team to design, experiment, and build the core intelligence layer of our platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of an agent-driven ecosystem at the intersection of AI research and large-scale consumer and enterprise applications.

What You’ll Do
Research & Prototype: Explore cutting-edge multi-agent frameworks (MCP, A2A, Nanda, LangChain) to design agent networks capable of reasoning, planning, and collaboration.
Model Hosting & Evaluation: Deploy, benchmark, and evaluate self-hosted open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT-OSS, Gemma) against third-party APIs to determine best fit for production use.
Agentic Design: Develop thinking agents that can represent and mediate between consumers and producers across multiple marketplace verticals.
⁠Framework Extensions: Build custom tools, connectors, and reasoning modules that extend multi-agent frameworks for B2C marketplace scenarios.
Experimentation & Benchmarking: Design rigorous evaluations for agent performance, reliability, trust, and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with founders and collaborate with global teams to align research outcomes with product roadmap.

Must-Haves
⁠2–4 years of practical experience with multi-agent systems (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
⁠Strong programming skills in Python (AI/ML, frameworks) and TypeScript/Node.js (system integration).
Experience with open-source LLMs (Hugging Face, Gemma, LLaMA, GPT-OSS, etc.), including hosting and benchmarking.
Deep understanding of agent coordination, reasoning, and evaluation frameworks.
Strong research mindset with the ability to prototype quickly and test rigorously.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across US and international teams.

Nice-to-Haves
· Knowledge of MCP, A2A, and Nanda frameworks (or willingness to dive deep quickly).
· Background in marketplaces, recommendation systems, or multi-sided platforms.
· Familiarity with trust/reputation systems in digital ecosystems.
