Senior Motion & Graphic Designer. IGaming

Ищем сильного Motion & Graphic Designer в команду аффилиэйт-менеджеров iGaming-проектов. Тебе предстоит создавать креативы, которые цепляют с первых секунд — от эффектных motion-видео до визуально мощных баннеров для рекламных кампаний.

Основные обязанности:

* Разработка motion-баннеров и видеокреативов для рекламы в гемблинг-нише (игровые ролики, бонусные офферы, триггеры выигрышей).
* Создание статичных графических баннеров — от идеи до финальной отрисовки.
* Адаптация визуалов под разные GEO (локализация текстов, валют, цветов, культурных особенностей).
* Работа с игровыми элементами — слоты, колёса фортуны, кнопки, интерфейсы, персонажи.
* Сотрудничество с аффилиэйт-менеджерами для тестирования и масштабирования успешных креативов.

Требования:
* Уверенное владение After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator и Figma.
* Опыт в графическом дизайне и отрисовке баннеров для рекламных кампаний (статичных и динамических).
* Понимание особенностей гемблинг-рекламы: динамика, эмоции, выигрыш, вовлеченность.
* Умение адаптировать креативы под разные платформы и форматы (ленты, сторис, баннеры, видео).
* Опыт локализации (работа с текстами на разных языках, валютами, визуальной символикой).
* Навык оптимизации под требования рекламных сетей.

Будет плюсом:
* Опыт работы именно в iGaming / Betting.
* Собственная база исходников (эмоции, стоки, эффекты, UI элементов, мокапы и т. д.).
* Навык треккинга экрана (встраивание анимации в видео с телефоном или интерфейсом).
* Использование нейросетей для генерации или оживления персонажей.
* Опыт создания простых игровых геймплеев или скелетов (например, “3 в ряд”).
