🏢 About the project
Andersen is hiring a Programme Delivery Manager for Visa. The project involves a licensing upgrade, portfolio migration (~200,000 cards), and digital card implementation. On-site coordination across bank, Visa, processors, and vendors.

📌 Must-haves
• 5+ years in program/delivery management
• Hands-on experience in banking, payments, or card issuing
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (banks, schemes, processors)
• Strong understanding of banking governance, risk, and compliance
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Serbian — Advanced or higher
• Full-time on-site in Belgrade

🌟 Nice-to-haves
• Principal membership or scheme upgrade experience
• Experience with card migration (100,000+ cards)
• Experience with Apple Pay / Google Pay implementation
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum certification
