The Role:
- Define & execute the fund's tech roadmap
- Build & lead a high-performing IT team (L5+)
- Develop & deploy ML models & agentic systems to process unstructured data (text, audio, video)
- Train custom LLMs to replicate & refine our research methodologies
- Ensure scalability, security & performance of all tech systems

We're Looking For:
- Proven CTO/Director/Senior Tech Lead from data-intensive industries
- Deep ML/AI knowledge & hands-on production deployment experience
- Entrepreneurial, product-minded leader with ambition to compete with top global funds
- Expertise in designing & managing large-scale data architectures
- [Bonus] Familiarity with investment fund operations or equity analysis

Lead Machine Learning Engineer to Hedge Fund

Location: Cyprus/ Remote

The Role:
• Design/build/deploy ML models for market data analysis & trading strategies
• Lead technical direction of ML engineering team

Requirements:
• 8+ years SWE/ML experience (4+ with PhD)
• Strong ML fundamentals (DL, NLP, recommendation systems)
• Excellent software design/architecture skills
