Community manager/Evangelist
Remote (except Russia and Belarus)
A small but rapidly growing team independently develops popular B2C SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing the community — creating a welcoming space that people want to return to;
- Publishing content: feature breakdowns, professional tips, lifehacks, and product updates;
- Real-time monitoring of mentions of the product on Reddit, with timely responses and assistance when needed;
- Collecting user feedback and turning it into actionable insights for the development team;
- Monitoring competitor mentions and being present when users are frustrated with Adobe, DocuSign, and other solutions — to offer a faster, more convenient, and friendlier alternative.
Requirements:
- Be an active Reddit user with high karma;
- Quickly learn and understand the product, grasping new information on the fly to provide effective technical support;
- Have a strong knowledge of Reddit memes and formatting rules;
- Have experience in social media growth / community development.

Sales manager (B2B, Fintech)

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by contributing to strategy development and execution
- Acquire new B2B clients by nurturing warm leads and turning them into successful partnerships
- Identify and engage large potential clients, from outreach to closing deals
- Research target industries to offer tailored, effective solutions for each potential client
- Confidently pitch company’s products to potential clients
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospects to explore their business challenges and introduce our solutions
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Support, Compliance and Operation teams to improve products and uncover new opportunities
- Keep CRM up to date with your sales activities, and provide regular progress updates to the Head of Department
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales within FinTech
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong work ethic
- Experience working with high-risk industries like iGaming, Crypto, Forex
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
