📍 Fully Remote (Working hours per Cyprus time)

Financial trading company – a cutting-edge fintech company providing turnkey solutions for financial trading businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing application events, system logs, and GCP metrics.
Identify root causes of production issues (environmental, code, or configuration) and drive them to resolution.
Configure and enhance monitoring systems; respond swiftly to critical alerts to prevent outages.
Develop and maintain automation tools to improve infrastructure stability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Support, R&D, and QA teams to improve system reliability.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address critical incidents.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in DevOps/Site Reliability or Infrastructure Operations.
2+ years of experience provisioning Google Cloud (GCP) infrastructure using Terraform.
2+ years of hands-on administration of Docker and Kubernetes (in production environments).
2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Helm; Infrastructure as Code).
Proficiency in scripting/coding with Groovy, Python, and Bash.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana).
Excellent English communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.

Nice to have:
Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in large-scale production environments.
Exceptional scripting and automation skills.
