👋 Hi! My name is Oleksandr. I am looking for a full-time position in IT Support / Helpdesk (Office / Hybrid / Remote).
🛠 TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Remote Support: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC, Remote Desktop
• OS & Software: Windows OS (installation, setup, troubleshooting), MS Office, Google Workspace
• Administration: Active Directory (user accounts management, access rights, password resets)
• Ticketing & CRM: Experience with CRM systems, Helpdesk / Ticketing systems, log tracking
• Hardware: PC/Laptop assembly, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs, printer & scanner setup
• Networking: Basic network configuration, Wi-Fi routers, network printers
💼 WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of experience in IT Support (on-site and remote user support)
• Background in sales (strong communication skills, customer service focus, ability to explain complex things simply)
💡 SOFT SKILLS & ADVANTAGES:
• Eager to learn: Ready to learn new technologies, tools, and tasks quickly—both in IT and related company operations.
• English level: A2 (actively improving, ready for daily work communication and learning).
