Looking for an experienced CTO to join iGaming poker first company. ♠️♥️♣️♦️🎰⚽️

As a Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for setting the company's technological vision and leading the execution of technology initiatives across its diverse portfolio of products (Poker, Casino, Sportsbook).

You will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering functions to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions are in place to support business growth

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and grow a high-performing technical team, including product, and infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for system security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate technology performance and outcomes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and technological excellence.

🧠Your Experience:

• proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in an iGaming or Fintech company;
• Strong background in software architecture, cloud technologies and digital transformation;
• Experience in leading teams in remote settings;
• Previous experience in a start up or high growth environment is a plus, scaling platforms and teams is a strong plus.

🏋️Your skills:

• Ability to translate domain knowledge into clean system architecture and onboard others into this knowledge.
• Expertise in backend development, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably
GCP, AWS also fine).
• Database fluency: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB — must understand performance, structure, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Terraform/Pulumi, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice orchestration.
• Bonus: experience optimizing systems under high-load conditions (millions of rounds/day).
• solid understanding of cyber security frameworks or risk management.
• Pragmatic approach to Al: uses Al tools for developer productivity, problem-solving, or ops automation.
• Experienced in managing or coordinating with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Compliance, Ops).
