🎯 Casino Manager
📍 Cyprus (Limassol) / Remote

Own casino operations across multiple brands — from lobby structure and game launches to performance control and team leadership.

🛠 What you’ll do:
• Manage casino operations across several brands
• Own game lobby structure, positioning, sorting, and category logic
• Ensure correct tagging, configuration, and overall game presentation
• Coordinate new provider and game launches end-to-end
• Monitor performance (Turnover, GGR/NGR, RTP deviations, engagement trends)
• Identify underperforming content and take corrective action
• Prepare clear performance insights for the Head of Casino
• Manage and develop the casino team
• Define team structure, priorities, and workload
• Lead hiring: define requirements, interview, onboard
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Tech, and Providers
• Act as escalation point for casino-related operational issues

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years experience in online casino management or casino operations
• Experience managing people and participating in hiring
• Strong understanding of casino KPIs, RTP, and performance analytics
• Hands-on experience with platforms, aggregators, and providers
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role
• Fluent English
