Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing the company’s growth strategy
• Optimizing business processes
• Launching and scaling MedTech startups
• Managing the team and fostering corporate culture
• Financial planning and control
• Developing international marketing and PR strategies
• Establishing strategic partnerships

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a CEO/COO in medical tourism, MedTech, or complex niches
• Understanding of the reproductive medicine market
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership
• Fluent English
