Immigram.io is a British immigration platform.

We help entrepreneurs, IT specialists and startups relocate and realize full potential in a new country. Our main mission is to make the relocation process for tech specialists clear and efficient. We believe in the importance of human resources –– the times of visa struggles will soon end, and countries will begin active promotion and attraction of tech talents.

Over the course of 2,5 years we’ve helped relocate over 400 IT specialists, including seniors from Google, Facebook, Badoo, Bumble, Goldman Sachs; alumni of YC and Alchemist and many other talents and families.

We are building a Global Mobility platform thanks to which tech and IT relocation will cease to be a complex and confusing process.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will join our mission. If you’re proactive, cannot imagine your life without challenges and creativity and prefer going the extra mile — send us your CV.

Requirements

- More than a year in sales/accounting;
- English level C1 (Advanced) and above;
- Experience in IT companies or with IT products (e.g., you can explain the difference between Java and JavaScript,
- Agile and Waterfall, backend and frontend);
- Networking in the IT field;
- Ability and desire to delve into business processes;
- Ability to work with open sources (social media, job search websites, professional communities, etc.);
- Ability to build trust and long-term cooperation with the client;
- Literate speech, presentable appearance.

Responsibilities

- Meet the sales plan;
- Handle incoming requests;
- Work with customers from the database;
- Maintain reports and record results of communication with clients in the CRM system;
- Communicate regularly with current customers;
- Identify customers' needs;
- Sell additional (related) services;
- Generate new ideas for customer products.
