We are looking for a maintenance specialist who speaks Russian and English.

Responsibilities:

Maintain company premises (heating, lighting, electrical, etc.)
Resolve administrative and economic issues promptly
Organize and supervise repair work
Perform minor repairs (e.g., lamp replacement, furniture assembly)
Plan, prepare, and coordinate construction and repair work
Procure and manage materials efficiently
Coordinate with subcontractors and related departments
Requirements:

1+ year of experience in repair work or as an AHO specialist
Experience in premises maintenance
Knowledge of engineering communications
Ability to perform simple construction and installation tasks
Responsible, attentive, analytical
Pre-Intermediate English, Intermediate+ Russian
