I am seeking an experienced Head of Business Development for a fast-growing fintech company. The office of the company is in Limassol (Cyprus), we can also propose the relocation with strong support to Cyprus.
Head of Business Development – Cyprus or relocation to Cyprus
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to accelerate growth and expand market share within the CFD and forex trading industry, focusing on entering and growing new markets.
• Lead and manage sales, business development, and key account teams, setting ambitious targets, providing strategic leadership, and motivating teams to achieve rapid results.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while proactively seeking new client acquisition opportunities.
• Identify and capitalize on new market and business opportunities through strategic partnerships, innovative approaches, and comprehensive competitive insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand, expanding a professional network, and establishing new business relationships.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the financial services industry or a high-volume product environment.
• Proven success in scaling a business globally, entering new markets, or expanding market share in existing ones.
• Strong leadership skills, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry, including products, services, and regulatory landscape — a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, or Russian.
