What you’ll do

Develop and own our SMM strategy — define tone of voice, content pillars, and platform approach
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain a content calendar; plan and publish content consistently
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community messages in a timely manner
Support community growth during periods of increased traffic and user acquisition
Track engagement metrics and share regular performance updates with the team
Test formats, analyse results, and iterate on what works

What we’re looking for

3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven track record managing brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn
Strong written English — clear, concise, and on-brand
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Good eye for content trends and platform-native formats
Experience in community management or customer-facing communication
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, or similar)

Nice to have

Background in photo and video production
Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks)
Experience in mobile app or tech product marketing

Backend
- 3+ years Python (async/await, asyncio)
- Experience with FastAPI or similar async frameworks
- MySQL — query optimization, migrations, JSON columns
- Redis — caching patterns, session management
- AWS — SQS, S3 (hands-on)

Frontend (awareness, not primary):
- React 18 + TypeScript, Shopify Polaris
- Shopify App Bridge, Checkout UI Extensions
- Vite, pnpm

Integrations:
- Use AI tools in work: we are using corporate Claude subscription
- Shopify REST & GraphQL APIs (will be great)
- Mixpanel (analytics events via SQS)
- Sentry (error tracking)
- Docker — writing Dockerfiles, docker-compose
- REST API design
- Intercom (customer attributes, events)
- Git
