We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following positions/positions Product manager with the prospect of growth up to CPO of geo.
This role is perfect for someone who comes from a product, project, or operations background, who’s been working in a structured company environment — and now feels ready to move forward, take on broader responsibility, and drive results end-to-end.
Responsibilities
• Track and analyse product metrics
• Explore user behaviour, find growth points, create and test hypotheses
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Define short- and mid-term product strategy
• Own the product roadmap: goals, priorities, timelines
• Maintain clear communication across teams
• Improve product development processes
• Balance business, marketing, support and operational needs
• Ensure delivery and implementation of improvements
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C (Mondatory requirement Gambling)
• Mandatory experience working only on a third-party platform, not an in-house system
• Mandatory experience working specifically with Uplatform
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → scale
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and confident work with data
• Ability to connect insights across user behaviour, metrics and business goals
• Data-driven decision making
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following positions/positions HRD.
Our company is at the stage when there is a need for HR managers, we already have more than 200 people.
At the moment we are in search of just such a specialist who has or had recent experience in building business processes from scratch just for a company of this size with further growth.
What you need to do:
- Description of HR business processes from scratch
- Creation of the company's restricted program
- Description of job descriptions
- Developing regulations and procedures
-Collection of information from Leaders and description of initial business processes together with them.
- Software integration, HRIS etc
- And related tasks, from the list of employees with birthdays or communication procedures to more complex and deep processes.
- Further growth and development together with the company.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- HRM, HRD, HRxx experience from 5 years.
- Experience in igaming industry from 2 years (A big plus, but not necessary)
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and contribute to its growth and development.
- Change Management: Ability to manage change in a rapidly growing company, including restructuring teams, optimizing processes and implementing new systems.
- Recruitment and onboarding experience: Skills in talent recruitment and retention, as well as effective onboarding of new employees.
