# PMO (Function Owner)
We are an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms.
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead (Function Owner) to own the company’s project delivery function end-to-end.
This is not a process administration role — it is a delivery acceleration role. The PMO Lead owns delivery predictability, capacity strategy, the automation roadmap, and operational performance, and reports operational health directly to the Head of Product and executive stakeholders.
## Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in PMO, delivery management, or operations, with at least 2 years owning delivery across multiple teams or a portfolio of projects.
* Proven track record of improving delivery predictability (on-time delivery, commitment accuracy) with measurable before-and-after results.
* Hands-on experience driving automation of operational workflows with measurable impact (hours saved, cost reduction, efficiency gains).
* Capacity planning and forecasting experience across multiple teams.
* Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate operational realities into business-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
* Deep understanding of operational and delivery metrics (delivery predictability, capacity utilization, lead time, cycle time, time-to-market, automation ROI, etc.) and the ability to use data as a foundation for strategic discussions with C-level and senior stakeholders.
* Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency, both written and spoken.
* Professional proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
## Responsibilities
* Own the PMO operating model and evolve its scope based on business outcomes.
* Drive delivery predictability across product and operational teams at sprint, quarterly, and roadmap levels.
* Forecast and balance capacity across teams; identify and resolve over-allocation and underutilization.
* Own the automation roadmap end-to-end; reduce time-to-market across features, markets, integrations, and brands.
* Identify and remove systemic delivery and operational bottlenecks.
* Maintain a single source of truth for delivery, capacity, automation, and process health; report operational performance to the Head of Product and executive stakeholders.
* Resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers; manage escalations effectively.
## Nice to Have
* Experience working in dynamic multi-brand environments.
* SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for self-service operational analytics.
* Experience building business cases and ROI models for automation and process improvement initiatives.
* SAFe or other multi-team Agile scaling experience.
* Experience establishing, transforming, or restructuring a PMO function, not just operating an existing one.
## What We Offer
* Flexible schedule and the choice of remote work or office-based work in Warsaw or Kyiv.
* 20 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, and health insurance (currently available in Ukraine and Poland, with additional locations in progress).
* A supportive and friendly team where knowledge sharing is part of the culture.
* Coverage of professional events, conferences, certifications, and learning opportunities.
* Team-building events and a culture that values collaboration and human connection.
* We do not cooperate with or support the aggressor state, its affiliated businesses, or partners.
## Interested?
