Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Manager / Head of Content who will be responsible for creating and managing content for our new iGaming product and affiliate program. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
■ Develop content strategy and planning;
■ Oversee and adjust the execution of tasks by contractors related to the content plan;
■ Monitor content effectiveness, analyze metrics, and make improvements based on data;
■ Prepare content including banners, articles, social media posts, landing pages, newsletters, blogs, and more;
■ Create and curate a content plan for various communication channels (social media, email newsletters, affiliate program blog, etc.);
■ Ensure all content is brand-compliant, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice;
■ Develop and maintain editorial guidelines and standards;
■ Collaborate with other departments to support the brand through content;
■ Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and timely content.
Requirements:
■ At least 3 years of experience in a content management leadership role or a similar position;
■ Skills in establishing content department processes;
■ Excellent team and project management skills;
■ Experience using AI;
■ Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage;
■ Proficiency with content analytics tools;
■ Fluent Russian and Good English level.
