Responsibilities:

— Evaluate and forecast traffic profitability, ROI, and revenue channels.
— Analyze user behavior and develop predictive models (LTV, cohorts, etc.).
— Set up and manage marketing analytics (GTM, GA4, BigQuery) and data integration.
— Develop BI reporting and dashboards in Tableau.
— Lead the analytics team, collaborate with marketing and product departments.
— Automate data collection and processing, implement best analytics practices.

Requirements:

— 5+ years in analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
— Experience in iGaming and familiarity with SoftSwiss, SpinFest, EasyRocket.
— Proficiency in GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and BI tools (Tableau, etc.).
— Strong analytical skills, experience in predictive modeling and data optimization.
— Leadership and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
