Hi! 💫 I'm looking for Retention Marketing Lead

Project: new IGaming project (geo - Europe)

Responsibilities:
- Monthly planning and compilation of marketing activities;
- Organization of promotions, raffles, and other activities to retain and return the player;
- Calculation of predictions, analytics of held actions;
- Creation and registration of mechanics of new shares, compilation of technical specifications for developers (product and marketing admin);
- Ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, email, messengers, push, and social networks;
- Setting up trigger chains;
- Communication with the team to develop a general strategy;
- Management of expenditure planning and reporting;
- Analysis of the market and competitors;
- Setting tasks for the employees of their department.

Requirements:
- Google Data Studio;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods, as well as own product;
- Analytical mindset;
- Creativity
- Ukrainian,Rusiian,English is a must
