Наша команда активно растет, и поэтому мы в поисках талантливого тестировщика с коммерческим опытом от года.
📌 Обязанности:
- Мануальное тестирование
- Ad hoc, Exploratory testing и тестирование по документации
- Cross-browser, cross-platform тестирование, UI и usability testing
- Составление баг-репортов и другой тестовой документации в JIRA и google sheets
- Коммуникация с командой (PM, Dev, Design)
📌 Требования:
- Коммерческий опыт работы 1+ год
- Знание методологии тестирования и понимание процесса разработки ПО
- Умение проводить разные виды тестирования (функциональное, UI/UX, кросс-браузерное, кросс-платформенное, регрессионное)
- Умение анализировать требования и продуктивно взаимодействовать с командой
- Внимательность, дисциплина, ответственность
- Коммуникабельность, гибкость
- Аналитическое мышление
- письменный Английский (не ниже B1), так как большинство документации на английском языке
📌 Плюсом будет:
- Разговорный английский (B1+)
- Опыт работы с приложениями, созданными на платформе Bubble.io
- Опыт backend тестирования, например, с помощью Swagger и Postman
- Опыт работы с логами и БД
- Способность к самостоятельной работе, проактивность

We are the Rapid Developers team. Rapid Dev is an industry-leading agency specializing in custom application development on Bubble.io and FlutterFlow. We’re committed to delivering impactful digital solutions with precision and efficiency.
Our team is actively growing, and therefore we are looking for an “IT Proposal Writer” who will be engaged in collecting project requirements and accurately estimating development hours to ensure the success of our projects from the very beginning.
Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurate processing of information from the “Sales” department and collecting detailed information from potential clients.
- Creating commercial proposals that meet the expectations and internal capabilities of the client.
- Accurate assessment of the required development time on platforms such as Bubble.io and FlutterFlow (in hours).
- Preparation of documentation, which defines the project objectives, development deadlines and justification for each estimated hour.
- Work closely with sales and project management teams to ensure a full understanding and accurate representation of the scope and deliverables of each project.
Requirements:
- Experience with Bubble.io and FlutterFlow.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and basic designs in Figma.
- Proficiency in writing IT proposals.
- Analytical precision: close attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, data-driven hour estimates for each task.
- Good written communication skills: the ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
Conditions:
- Fully remote work schedule, full-time workload.
- Working hours according to EST: 7am to 3pm (Moscow time - from 3pm to midnight).
