The apartment is spacious, with a large living room, a big kitchen.

The rent is €450 per month, with a €1,200 deposit.

There is also an additional €150 deposit for electricity and water.

The room is available from the beginning of April.

We are looking for someone responsible, organized, and financially stable.

The place is for one person only (no couples).

Pets are not allowed.

Preferably a non-smoker.
