🚀 CRM Manager (iGaming)
📍 Location: Cyprus 🇨🇾 (Relocation support provided)

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a major international iGaming company (B2B/B2C). We need a top-tier specialist who knows how to work across different markets and licenses, and how to build long-term relationships with players.

What you will do:
• Create and launch CRM strategies and multi-channel campaigns for various GEOs.
• Analyze player data, segment audiences, and set up targeted offers/bonuses.
• Track KPIs and work closely with marketing and product teams.

Who we are looking for:
• Experience in CRM and player retention in online casino / iGaming is a MUST.
• Experience working with multiple international markets and different licenses.
• Deep understanding of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics, and VIP programs.
• Fluent English.
