• Managing 25+ internal team members (BE, FE, DevOps, QA, BA, Designers)
• Managing external partners/sub-contractors
• Up to 6 projects in development/support simultaneously
• Project budgeting
• Conducting Scrum ceremonies: daily Scrum, sprint plannings, sprint retros, backlog refinements
• Strong knowledge of SDLC
• Risk management
• Worked with web and mobile (iOS, Android)
• Managed outsourcing projects (fixed price and T&M) and product projects for SMB and enterprise global brands in the e-commerce sector
• Entrepreneurial experience in IT outsourcing
