Affiliate Manager CPA (Middle+/Senior) - Dubai
We are an established international company with over 7 years of experience in the market. As we continuously evolve and expand, we operate offices in 7 different countries spanning Asia to Latin America, boasting a workforce of over 3000 full-time employees. We pride ourselves on our in-house product development, ensuring vast growth opportunities for our team. Our flagship product is a multi-user, multi-currency platform operating in over 20 languages, predominantly focused on the gambling and betting sector, encompassing online games, sports betting, and online casinos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting new partners.
- Launching, analyzing, and scaling affiliate advertising campaigns.
- Exploring and testing new sources of traffic.
- Monitoring partner payouts.
- Presenting the affiliate program at conferences.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to fulfill partner needs.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of the CPA/RS/Hybrid affiliate advertising market.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor approaches to individual partners.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Tab.
Plus Points:
- Proficiency in foreign languages.
- Established partner network.
- Experience with traffic management.
- Participation in conferences.
- Understanding of local markets in Peru, Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, India, and the UAE.
