5+ years building products where money moves: a trading platform, mobility and a taxi aggregator. Owned Payments across 10+ emerging markets and 30+ PSPs, leading a team of 10. Built billing systems from scratch, launched new monetisation streams and pricing models, and automated payouts and operations.

Selected results: +5% profit after tax from new monetisation mechanics, +12% deposit conversion, −37% withdrawal support contacts.

Alongside that, co-founder of two 0→1 projects (an AI platform and a consumer device): customer discovery, positioning, MVP. Eurostart Venture Awards finalist, winner of the MIPT Startup Accelerator, UCL Startup Incubator.
