Hi! I am a developer with not a such big experience (~1.5 years of freelancing), but with a very strong mathematical and algorithmic background.
I understand that hiring a newcomer is always a big loss (of money, time, etc) at the initial stage, but employers believe in them and help them grow into major specialists who bring profit to the company. And in this regard, it seems to me that I am the best at “playing for the future.” Thanks to my insane experience in teaching, mentoring and management, I can grow into a very good team leader or mentor to other beginners. And thanks to analytical thinking, I can help the company solve complex problems and create amazing products.
I just need to be believed in me the same way I believed in my students all these years. And not in vain, because each of them achieved their goals and got a better life. It's time for me too :)
