Responsibilities:

Receive and categorize user requests in the Service Desk (Jira) and over the phone.

Provide technical support, resolving issues, consulting, managing user accounts, software installation and updates, preparing and maintaining workstations, and configuring office equipment.

Coordinate equipment repairs and maintain records.

Participate in projects to streamline business processes in the Service Desk.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Language skills: English+Russian; knowledge of Greek is a plus.

Valid work permit in Cyprus (assistance with relocation provided).
