We are looking for a front desk receptionist
We are currently recruiting for the position of the Senior Accountant, for our office in Limassol, Cyprus
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Book-keeping and accounting
• Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES declarations
• Assistance in preparation of Payroll and Social Insurances
• Preparation of management accounts and financial statements
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Assistance with tax matters and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
• Qualification or degree in accounting
• Prior experience in Cyprus, preferably in accounting, audit, fiduciary, or tax firm (minimum 3 years)
• Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language. Other languages will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proactive, professional, client service orientated, with good organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of local tax regulations is required

Terms:
Full time, from 09.00 – 18.00 with an hour lunch break; Qualification based remuneration, from EUR 1700-2500 gross, depending on the experience of the candidate.

• Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies
• Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders
• Liaising with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed
• General business administrative duties
• Assistance in preparation and analysis of legal documents (Powers of Attorney, resolutions, agreements)
Qualifications:
• Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Russian/Polish will be considered an advantage
• University degree or graduate student will be considered an advantage
• Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills
• Experience or background in law, accounting or business administration will be considered an advantage
