My key achievement: Building and scaling a production-grade ML inference platform supporting 1,000+ real-time camera streams for industrial video analytics. I currently lead a team of 5 ML Engineers while staying hands-on with architecture and development.

Key highlights:

- Designed high-throughput, multithreaded inference services with shared GPU resources, model management, caching, and health monitoring.
- Built a GPU-aware inference balancer distributing workloads across compute nodes, using PostgreSQL transactions and locking for reliable concurrent operations.
- Currently working on scaling the platform toward 100,000 snapshot cameras, including integration with Moscow's Department of Information Technologies.
- Previously built distributed ML services and computer vision solutions that helped reduce processing time from 1 hour to 4 seconds and operational costs from €50K to €5K.

Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, MLflow, GitLab CI/CD. Currently expanding hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and ClickHouse.
