I am Egor Sereda, a Financial Analyst with a professional background spanning exchange infrastructure (clearing methodologies at Moscow Exchange) and advisory services (tax consulting at EY).

At the National Clearing Centre (Moscow Exchange Group), I managed projects to launch new exchange-traded instruments, including Credit Default Swaps and commodity spot trading. I drafted regulatory submissions for the Bank of Russia, coordinated internal policy changes, and led an AI‑driven initiative that automated legislative monitoring, employee onboarding, and document review processes.

Prior to that, at B1 Consult (formerly EY), I participated in tax audits and due diligence engagements for major real estate developers, assessed contractual and currency risks, and prepared client advisory materials.

I am currently seeking to advance my career in financial analytics or risk management, with a strong interest in applying quantitative methods and digital tools to support data‑driven decision‑making. I am proficient in PostgreSQL, advanced Excel, and AI tools, and hold a C1 level of English proficiency. I am open to relocation.
