We’re JustMarkets and we're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Specialist to join our Limassol office!

Responsibilities
- Ensure stable, secure working environment and infrastructure for internal users
- Provide helpdesk support for office and remote employees
- Evaluate system performance, troubleshoot, and optimize efficiency, security, and uptime
- Support and maintain IT services, including access control systems and Wi-Fi networks
- Implement and maintain security measures, including user access controls and firewalls
- Manage storage solutions and hardware, including procurement and service coordination

Requirements**
- 1+ year of experience as System Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MacOS, Windows operating systems
- Experience with MDM and VoIP systems
- Familiarity with network diagnostic tools and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs, backups)
- Strong skills in configuring and troubleshooting Wi-Fi access points
- Intermediate - Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
- Upper-Intermediate Ukrainian or Russian (B2)

Will be a plus
**- Degree or relevant system administration courses
- Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)
- Experience with external password storage tools (e.g., 1Password)
- Understanding of VPN protocols
